Agreement

By using Kickworth (kickworth.fun) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Kickworth is a free game in which you guess which of two footballers has the higher market value. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

  • You can play as a guest or create an account with email or Google. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Provide accurate information and choose a display name that is not offensive or impersonating anyone.
  • You must be at least 14 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs or manipulate ratings and matchmaking;
  • attack, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the service;
  • harass other players or post unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
  • scrape the service or resell it without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Kickworth name, design and code belong to us. Player names and market values are public information shown for entertainment. Kickworth is not affiliated with Transfermarkt, any club, league or player; all trademarks belong to their owners.

Information only

Market values are estimates from third-party sources and may be out of date or wrong. Nothing on Kickworth is financial, investment, transfer or betting advice.

Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, and reset ratings affected by cheating.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Questions: hello@kickworth.fun.
